The Unbroken Circle is a living initiative of the Black American Music Movement. It connects Black musicians across generations, genres, and geographies to preserve legacy, build community, and ensure we’re never erased.

Artists whose work lives in genres where we’ve often been forgotten — even though we were here first. We serve creators rooted in Folk, Americana, Country, Rock, Punk, EDM, and beyond.

In the 1920s, at the dawn of the American music industry, roots music was divided into 

separate marketing categories — often along cultural and regional lines — 

fracturing a shared musical lineage for the sake of profit.

UnBrokenCircle is here to mend what was never meant to be broken.

We bring together artists from across folk, gospel, blues, Americana, 

and acoustic traditions to celebrate our common roots and foster conversations 

that heal, inspire, and reconnect.
